1. In order to purchase ZEN, start by going to www.perfectworld.com and log in using your account.

2. Once logged in, clicked the CHARGE link at the top of the page.

3. Alternately, you can log in to the billing site directly at billing.perfectworld.com.

4. The next step is to create a billing profile for your payment. The area in red outlines the purpose of the profile.

5. Fill out the profile area as seen in the example with factual information. Not doing so may prevent your payment from going through.

6. Once you have completed filling in your profile, you will be taken to the Charge ZEN page where your recently created profile will appear at the top.

7. Select a Payment Solution and a desired purchase value by clicking on the appropriate Submit button.

8. Follow the instructions provided on the payment-solution provider's page to purchase ZEN.

9. Once you have completed payment, you will be directed back to the site.

10. During this time, the payment will undergo an approval process, which can take up to 15 minutes.

11. To see the status of your payment, click on My Wallet and reference the "Details" section.

12. Once approved, the Suspended message will change to Approved.

13. The final step in getting your ZEN is to select your Game, Server, and a deposit amount.

14. Once you've made your decision, click the Transfer button and click OK on the confirmation screen to finalize the process.
